Live Arrival Guarantee

All frogs and tadpoles are shipped via Priority Overnight Mail via FedEx. They will be packaged according to the season and temperatures with either a heat pack or a cooling pack and all will have a cryopack.

We will only cover a live arrival guarantee when the following are true:
  • The package is picked up within 1 hour of arrival.

  • If there is a DOA the customer must notify me immediately, within 1 hour of arrival, either via text/phone 262-716-2961 or email Lsakalowski@gmail.com along with clear photos.

  • The Temperature of the shipment is 35°-90° Farenheit.

  • Photos must also be sent to either my phone or email listed above.

If you decide you want them shipped direct to your house you will be waiving any live arrival guarantee from me.
