Refund policy
You have 2 weeks from the time you receive your order to alert us of any problems. Such as being sent the wrong color, damaged merchandise, wrong item(s), as well as faulty electronics. We do not do refunds, and all sales are final.
For anything damaged in transit we will need you to take pictures for proof, as well as holding onto the packaging so we can file the claim with USPS. It is up to them to make the ruling on these matters.
If you decide you want a different color or style product that is not a return or refundable reason, only if there is an actual defect on our part can it be returned and replaced without cost within the allotted time frame of 2 weeks. Any altered or used products will not be accepted for replacement.
If you purchase a clearance item there are no returns or refunds.
